are used for dividing lines or circumference of circles into equal parts and for enlarging or reducing lengths in different ratios. With a simple adjustment, reductions or enlargements can be transferred from the original scale drawings with exacting accuracy (+ 0.1mm for any ratio) NOTE: THESE ARE DISCONTINUED ITEMS AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE!

Alvin Basic Ratio Divider
7-1/2" ratio divider with adjustable and replaceable needle points. Can be permanently set to ratios of 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, and 7:1. Graduated for lines and circles. Lightweight but strong aluminum construction resists corrosion.
